8.30 – 9.00 Arrival with Coffee/Tea
Arrive at beautiful Jubri’s and enjoy a freshly brewed cuppa of your liking with some welcome treats.

9.00 – 9.30 Welcome
Welcome word with a short mindfulness meditation to start the weekend.

9.30 – 10.15 Movement
We will move to warm up the body and settle the mind.

10.15 – 11.00 Breath work
The focus will be on our breath, how it affects our state of mind and how we can take control over the breath to influence our mind.

11.00 -11.15 Morning tea
Indulge in a wonderful (warm) brew with some yummy treats.

11.15 –11.45 Didgeridoo vibrations
Have you ever felt sound waves wash over you? Noticed the vibrations of an instrument? The didgeridoo and its low hum will allow you to experience this!

11.45 – 12.30 Deep relaxation
Allow the experience of yoursoundbathto move effortlessly into our ‘yoga nidra’ (or deep relaxation) session, which is a favourite of many. Here you will relax completely, both physically and mentally yet be left feeling completely refreshed!

12.30 – 13.30 Lunch
Enjoy a beautiful lunch made with love. Allow your lunch to be mindful and notice the difference it makes.

13.30 – 15.30 Creative outlet
Replenish your soul and experience ‘flow’: a state of being where one is completely immersed in an activity and time does not exist.

15.30 – 16.00 Mindfulness meditation
We will finish the day as we started it, with mindfulness!

16.00 Closing words and departure

To focus the mind. We will combine mindfulness with compassion, a powerful tool to take home.

10.00 – 10.30 Didgeridoo vibes
Relax as the vibrations wash over you.

10.30 -10.45  Morning tea
A cuppa with some light refreshments.

10.45 – 11.30 Breathwork
We will experience the power of our own breath and how to use it to our advantage.

11.30 -12.15 Movement
We will learn about how easy it is to move and that you don’t need a gym to do it!

12.15 – 13.00 Deep relaxation
Deep relaxation or yoga nidrawill relax you to a level you did not know was possible.
13.00 – 14.00 Lunch
Allow to be nourished by honest, wholesome food.

14.00 – 16.00 Creative outlet
Building on what we created on Saturday or trying something completely different. The choice is yours!

16.00 Closing words and departure
All good things come to an end !

 

You should also know…

# What to bring:

  • (yoga) mat
  • water bottle
  • a cushion (firm with some height to it), only for those who want to sit on the floor, otherwise there are chairs to sit on instead.
    (We have spare mats and cushions, so please let us know if you don’t have any and you would like some).

# What to wear:

  • Warm, comfortable clothes where you can easily move in.
  • Layers of clothing usually work well as the temperature can change during the day.

# Dietary requirements:

  • We cater for different dietary requirements

# Spaces are limited:

  • Make sure you get your booking in early to secure a place.

# The program has been designed to allow you to experience many different things, however it is important to know that all activities are voluntary and you should feel at ease being part of them.

# In order to be able to fully connect and be present, we ask you to disconnect from your device whilst at the retreat, however that might look for you (turn your phone on silent or turn it off). We recommend turning your phone off completely to get the most out of this experience ) We can supply an alternative phone number for peace of mind.
